About the School Vans
The school has three vans available for teachers/sponsors/coaches to use for school-related activities.
Terms of Use
Failure to comply with these reasonable requests could lead to the inability to use the vans in the future. If the teacher or sponsor is unable to fill or gas up the van the night before, the van should be filled the next day, before it goes out again.
Check the calendar before submitting a request.

Only authenticated users can access the calendar or request form.
- Ensure that the Van will be returned with the gas tank level at full.
- Ensure all paper, trash, and other debris are removed from the cabin and thrown away.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed when transporting students. Speeding or reckless driving will not be tolerated.
Media Center Resources

Teachers may schedule to use the media center for class book checkouts, to work on projects, or to host presentations. Only one (1) class is permitted to the Media Center at a time unless other arrangements have been made. Please refer to the calendar below for open slots.

Teachers may send up to (4) students to the Media Center at a time using our yellow Media Center pass. Upon arrival, all students must stop at the circulation desk to be signed into the Media Center Log. The teacher will receive an automated email showing the date/time of their student(s) arrival. **Teachers, PLEASE contact the Media Center Staff immediately if a student signs in under your name but was NOT sent to the Media Center by you.

Teachers may drop off items to be laminated on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Pickups will be on Thursdays and Fridays once the teacher has received a phone call/email that the lamination is done.
We ask that you please label all of your items to be laminated before dropping them off.
